Obsahem diplomové práce je právní problematika virtuálního vlastnictví. Práce definuje jak virtuální světy, tak i virtuální vlastnictví a zabývá se otázkami s těmito tématy souvisejícími. Hlavní část práce se věnuje pohledu českého práva na virtuální vlastnictví, povaze virtuálních objektů a existenci vlastnického práva hráčů k virtuálním objektům dle českého práva. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe legal issues of virtual property. Thesis defines both virtual worlds and virtual property and concerns with issues which are to those terms connected. The main part of the thesis focuses on view of Czech law on virtual property, on nature of virtual objects and on existence of player’s property rights to virtual objects.
