Diplomová práca na tému Ochrana spotrebiteľov prostriedkami práva proti nekalej súťaží má za úlohu poskytnúť prehľad prostriedkov, ktoré má spotrebiteľ a/alebo súťažiteľ k dispozícií na ochranu svojich práv a aké možnosti mu poskytujú európske smernice najmä smernica 2005/29/ES.
