Abstract:

1. Vymezení pojmu konkurence, konkurenceschopnost, konkurenční výhoda , která obsahuje následující vedlejší cíle • Definice pojmů konkurence, konkurenceschopnost a konkurenční výhoda v kontextu současného podnikatelského a manažerského prostředí v návaznosti na podnikatelské podmínky členské země Evropské unie • Ohraničení a vymezení významu pojmů konkurence, konkurenceschopnost a konkurenční výhoda pro podnikovou praxi • Ohraničení a vymezení pojmů úspěchu, výkonnosti a efektivity pro rozvoj konkurenceschopnosti podniku • Ohraničení, vymezení a zhodnocení „ pseudokonkurenčních faktorů „ v podnikové praxi 2. Definice chování podnikového managementu v návaznosti na budování a rozvoj konkurenceschopnosti v podnikovém životě • Definice a vymezení úlohy managementu v procesu budování konkurenceschopnosti podniku • Definice a vymezení základních změn příp. trendů v managementu s dopadem na konkurenceschopnost podniku • Definice možných nedostatků současného managementu k problematice pojetí konkurenceschopnosti pro podnikovou praxi • Definice a navržení postupů, po jejichž aplikaci bude možné budovat zásady konkurenceschopnosti podniku • Analýza a identifikace budoucích směrů rozvoje managementu pro oblast sjednocení a souladů pojmů konkurenceschopnost a management

Abstract:

1. Determination of the terms competition, competitiveness, competitive advantage, which include following secondary goals • Determination of the terms competition, competitiveness and competitive advantage in the contex of current entrepreneurial and managerial environment further to entrepreneurial conditions of the member country of the EU • Limitation and determination of the terms competition, competitiveness and competitive advantage for the company´s practice • Limitation and determination of the term success, produktivity and efficiency for the development of competitiveness of the company • Limitation, determination and evaluation „pseudo-competitive“ factors in the company´s practice 2. Definituon of the company´s behaviour further to creating and development of competitiveness in the company´s life. • Definition and determination of the role of management in the proces sof building competitiveness in the copany • Definition and determination basic changes or trends in management with the impact on the company´s competitiveness • Definiton of possible shortages of the current management to the issue of conception of the competitiveness for the company´s praktice • Definition and suggestion of processes, after which, when applied, will be possible to build principles of the company´s competitiveness • Analysis and identification future directions of the development for the area of unification and correspondence of the terms competitiveness and management
