Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem kariérového rozhodování studentů středních škol, konkrétně v oboru hotelnictví. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem se studenti v dalším směřování rozhodují a na základě čeho toto rozhodnutí činí. Práce je členěna do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a empirickou.
