Tato bakalářská práce na téma „Bankovní poplatky“ je zaměřena na obecné informace o bankovních poplatcích v České republice, na přehled základních typů bankovních poplatků, spojené s používáním osobního účtu vedeným v Kč pro fyzické osoby, na porovnání bankovních poplatků v České republice s poplatky s Evropskou unií, ale také na kritiku poplatkové politiky.
