Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozšířením hotelového řetězce Orea Hotels formou franchisingu ve Zlínském kraji. Hlavní součástí práce je analýza ubytovacích kapacit hotelů ve Zlínském kraji a následně výběr konkrétního hotelu pro vstup do hotelového řetězce Orea Hotels. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the extension of the hotel chain Orea Hotels by franchising in the region of Zlin. The main part of this work is the analysis of hotel accommodation capacity in region of Zlin and subsequently selection of specific hotel for entrance to the hotel chain Orea Hotels.
