Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza aktuálního stavu trhu nemovitostí v okrese Zlín se zaměřením na nezastavěné pozemky, které jsou v územních plánech vedeny v plochách bydlení a určeny k výstavbě rodinných domů Práce obsahuje rešerši, rozbor legislativy, všeobecnou analýzu trhu a úvod do oceňování pozemků.
