Asset valuation method in the process of enterprise as a whole

Abstract:

The object of dissertation „The assat valuation method in the process of enterprise as a wole“ is to get to know the legislative rules, which provide and regulate the legitimacy of implementation of connoisseurship, determine the way and the method of the valuation practice to define the broad value of the property. In the part of theory we refer the base legislatons of connoisseurship valid in the Slovak Republic and the terminology of the practice of connoisseurship. In the analytical part we concentrate to the collection and classification of informaton about providing of the broad value of the property, about the business by the legal and economic aspect and about the assat valuation method. In the synthetical part we deal with theories of calculation and define the broad value of the property as a whole with assat valuation.

Abstract:

Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Majetková metóda v procese ohodnotenia podniku ako celku“ je oboznámiť sa s právnymi predpismi, ktoré stanovujú a usmerňujú oprávnenosť vykonávania znaleckej činnosti, ustanovujú postupy a metódy ohodnocovacej praxe pre stanovenie všeobecnej hodnoty majetku. V teoretickej časti poukazujeme na základné právne predpisy znaleckej činnosti platné v Slovenskej republike a terminológiu v znaleckej praxi. V analytickej časti sme sa sústredili na zber a vytriedenie informácií o stanovení všeobecnej hodnoty majetku podniku, o podniku z právneho a ekonomického hľadiska a majetkovej metóde. V syntetickej časti sa zaoberáme teóriami výpočtu a stanovenia všeobecnej hodnoty podniku ako celku majetkovou metódou.
