This thesis is focused on paradigm of relational and graph databases. It analyzes properties and characteristics of both database types. Based on these details, automatic converter of relational data structure to graph data structure is created. The converter is also able to transfer respective data between databases. Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na paradigma relačných a grafových databáz. Skúma vlastnosti a charakteristiky obidvoch typov databáz. Na základe týchto podkladov je vytvorený automatický prevádzač relačnej dátovej štruktúry do grafovej dátovej štruktúry. Prekladač taktiež je schopný preniesť aj samotné dáta medzi databázami.
