Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá postavami guvernantek, poručníků, dvorních dam a chův v britských románech a analyzuje jejich vztah k hrdinkám románů Evelina od Fanny Burney, Northangerské opatství od Jane Austen a Jana Eyrová od Charlotte Bronte.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the characters of governesses, chaperons, guardians and nurses in Evelina by Fanny Burney, Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen and Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. It focuses on the roles of these jobs in the lives of the heroines of the novels.
