Abstract:

Tento text doplňuje praktickou část mé diplomové práce, která se zabývá přirozeným pohledem na monumentálnost hmoty a jejím působením v prostoru vesmírných měřítek. Hmota je zobrazena velkoformátovými kresbami uhlem na papír ve formě abstraktních elipsoidních objektů. V prvních kapitolách práce představuji kontext, do kterého jsou mé kresby zasazeny. V dalších kapitolách zmiňuji autory, kteří se zabývají podobnou problematikou. V závěru práce se zamýšlím nad vlivem hmotných těles na běžného člověka a způsoby zobrazování hmoty jako takové.

Abstract:

This text is an extension to the practical part of my master thesis which is focused on natural view on monumentality of mass and its effects on space and its vast interstellar distances. The mass is represented by large format charcoal drawings on paper in the form of abstract elipsoid objects. The context into which my drawings are placed is described in the first chapters of my thesis. The following chapters mention author which address similar topic. The end of my thesis is devoted to contemplation about differrent ways the material object can affect an ordinary man and various means of portraying mass as it is.
