Emergent structures in reaction-diffusion systems: Gray-Scott model
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na studium Gray-Scottova modelu difundujících a vzájemně reagujících látek. Obsahem práce je odvození rovnic Gray-Scottova modelu, studium stability zjednodušených forem systému a implementace numerického řešení tohoto modelu. Práce je doplněna prostoro-časovými vzory, které vznikají jako řešení Gray-Scottova modelu.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the study of the Gray-Scott model of diffusing and interacting agents. The aim of the work is to derive the equations of the Gray-Scott model, perform stability analysis of its simplified forms and implement at numerical solution of the model. The work is complemented by spatial-temporal patterns that arise as solutions Gray-Scott model.
