The quality of the interaction between the teacher and the student at the 1st stage of elementary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem kvality interakce mezi učitelem a žákem na 1. stupni ZŠ. V teoretické části se nejprve soustředíme na přiblížení pojmu interakce a pedagogická interakce. Seznámíme se blíže s dokumenty, které kvalitní interakci popisují. V nejrozsáhlejší kapitole se zaměřujeme na komunikaci a pojmy, které jsou s ní spojeny. Důležité kapitoly, které následují, nám více představí učitele a žáky jako účastníky kvalitní interakce. Hlavním záměrem empirické části je zjistit, zda je interakce mezi učitelem a žákem na 1. stupni ZŠ kvalitní, konkrétně v 5. ročníku. Díky dotazníkovému šetření žáků a rozhovorů s jejich učiteli zjišťujeme odpovědi na námi nastavené cíle. Chceme zjistit, jak učitelé a žáci vnímají svůj vzájemný vztah a jaká je jeho kvalita. Práce by mohla být přínosem pro pedagogy, zejména pro jejich sebehodnocení, profesní zlepšení a zpětnou vazbu. Může také pomoci v monitoringu třídy a tím dopomoci k případnému zlepšení vztahů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the quality of the interaction between teacher and pupil at primary school. In the theoretical part, we first focus on the concept of interaction and pedagogical interaction. We will become acquainted with the documents that describe quality interaction. In the most extensive chapter, we focus on communication and the concepts that are associated with it. The next important chapters will introduce teachers and students as participants in quality interaction. The main purpose of the empirical part is to find out whether the interaction between the teacher and the pupil at primary school is of good quality, focused especially on the 5th grade. Thanks to a questionnaire survey of students and interviews with their teachers, we find out the answers to our goals. We want to find out how teachers and students perceive their relationship and what is its quality. The work could be beneficial for educationalist, especially for its self-evaluation, professional improvement and feedback. It can also help monitor the class and thus contribute to possible relationship improvements.
