Stance of students from Public policy and human resources at Faculty of social studies on Masaryk university about practical eduacation in the course of study

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o postojích studentů oboru Veřejná politika a lidské zdroje k praktickému vzdělávání v průběhu studia. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký postoj zaujímají studenti ke stážím v průběhu studia. Tyto stáže probíhají v oblasti personalistiky a lidských zdrojů. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. Teoretická část se zabývá především postojem a praktickým vzděláváním. Metodologická část se zabývá metodou výzkumu a technikou sběru dat. Analytická část interpretuje získané informace a vyvozuje výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the stances of students majoring Public policy and human resources about practical education in the course of study. The aim is to find out what stance do students occupy in connections with internships in the course of study. The internships take place in the field of human resources. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part focuses mainly on stance and practical education. The methodological part deals with the method of research and data collection technique. The analytical part interprets the information and concludes the research results.
