Working capacity evaluation in practice of Czech companies

Abstract:

Diplomova prace Hodnoceni pracovni výkonnosti v praxi ceskych podniku je zamerena na pracovni hodnoceni jako dulezity nastroj zvysovani produktivity prace. V prvni casti prace jsme shrnuli teoreticke poznatky o systemech hodnoceni. Zabyvali jsme se nejen pristupy k pracovnimu hodnoceni, jednotlivymi metodami, vazbou hodnoceni na dalsi personalni cinnosti, ale take problemy, ktere mohou pri hodnoceni nastat. V prakticke casti diplomove prace jsme predstavili spolecnost AVL Moravia s.r.o. a analyzovali soucasny system hodnoceni pracovniku v tomto podniku.Tato cast prace rovnez zahrnuje vysledky dotaznikoveho setreni. V zaverecne casti prace jsme na základe teoretickych poznatku formulovali doporuceni na zlepseni soucasneho systemu hodnoceni zamestnancu.

Abstract:

The thesis Working capacity evaluation in practice of Czech companies is focus in the working capacity evaluation as the important instrument of the increasing productivity of the labour. In the first part of this work we compiled the theory about the working capacity evaluation systems. We delt not only with the accessions to the working capacity evaluation, with the particular methods, with the relation of the working capacity evaluation to other human relations activities but also with the problems that might be occured. In the practical part of this thesis we introduced the company AVL Moravia s.r.o. and analyzed the actual situation in the area of the working capacity evaluation system in this firm. This part of the thesis also includes the results of the questionnaire examination. In the last part we did the recommendations in accordance with the theory for improving the actual working capacity evaluation system.
