Structural-historical survey bulding of vernacular architecture

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá stavebně-historickým průzkumem stavby lidové architektury. Metodika zpracování SHP (Stavebně-historický průzkum) je nedestruktivní formou zkoumání daného objektu. Hlavním cílem každého SHP je určit původ objektu, chronologicky, co možná nejpřesněji, datovat vývoj objektu, zachytit cenné konstrukční detaily a graficky znázornit stávající stav objektu. V rámci této práce byl objekt podrobně zkoumán a dokumentován. Rozsáhlou součástí této práce je grafické znázornění stávajícího stavu objektu a časové zařazení jednotlivých konstrukčních částí. Z archivních pramenů byl zjištěn původ objektu ze 17. Století, jenž ve své době plnil funkci kájovské školo-hospody. Objekt prošel v průběhu času změnami, které si vždy vyžádala doba, pokrok a hlavně změny životního stylu. V neposlední řadě nese tato práce informace a rady, jak s objektem v budoucnu zacházet a jak jej rehabilitovat, neboť úsilím stávajících majitelů je, alespoň částečně, vrátit tomuto objektu jeho původní význam a znovu obnovit šenkýřskou činnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor project is focused on construction and historical research of folk architecture. Methodology of project development is nondestructive form of research. Main goals all construction´s and historical´s research are establish years of construction, catch all historical details and graphic part which include graphics plans and photos. The detailed examination was making. The largest part of this project is graphical part of current status this building and scheduling every part of constructions. The Archival sources has been also very useful. I determinded origin of the building in 17th century, it was build as school and pub. During time the building was changing. We can see there baroque features on facade also many types od arches or old wood ceiling. Finaly, in this project are also include advices and informations how to operate with the building and how is the best way to care about it. The owners would like to get back original meaning of this house and open a folk pub again.
