Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo zefektivnění výběru mezidruhových kříženců révy vinné vzniklé křížením odrůd ‘Noria’ a ‘Bronner’. Pomocí šesti SSR markerů UDV737, GF09-44, GF09-46, GF09-47, ScORGF15-02 a CenGen6, které jsou ve vazbě s lokusy rezistence Rpv3, Rpv10, Ren3 a Ren9, bylo testováno 29 hybridů. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was improving the efficiency of the selection of interspecific grapevine hybrids, which were created by crossing varieties ‘Noria’ and ‘Bronner’. Using six SSR markers UDV737, GF09-44, GF09-46, GF09-47, ScORGF15-02 and CenGen6, which are linked to the resistance loci Rpv3, Rpv 10, Ren 3 and Ren9, 29 hybrids were tested.
