Accounting of Small and Medium-sized Entities

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je účetnictví malých a středních podniků ovlivněné snahami o jeho harmonizaci na mezinárodní úrovni. Nalezneme zde základní charakteristiku a rozbor rozdílů uznávání položek a sestavení výkazů účetní závěrky malých a středních podniků dle české legislativy ve srovnání s mezinárodním standardem účetního výkaznictví pro malé a střední podniky. Praktickou část tvoří převod vybraných položek rozvahy konkrétní firmy za účelem jejího sestavení v souladu se standardem.

Abstract:

The main aim of this thesis is to define accounting principles of small and medium sized entities under the circumstances of harmonization of these principles at the international level. The thesis includes the basic characterization and differences between financial statements created according to the Czech legislation and the International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium-sized Entities. The practical part consists of transferring certain items in order to create the balance sheet, which will be in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium-sized Entities.
