Landscape and Natural Motives in the Work of Poet Vladimir Holan

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se pokouší analyzovat dílo Vladimíra Holana z hlediska přírodních a krajinných prvků. Čtenář se v ní seznámí se životem básníka, jeho vztahem k přírodě a ke krajině a v hlavní části práce i s rozborem jeho díla, kde jsem se zaměřil na analýzu přírodních motivů v básníkově tvorbě. Vladimír Holan není ryze přírodní básník, je to básník, který se ve svých básních tématicky zaměřuje spíše na existencionální otázky. Přesto však v jeho tvorbě nalezneme řadu přírodních motivů, které využívá zejména pro své metaforické vyjádření.

Abstract:

This thesis tries to analyze the work of Vladimir Holana in terms of natural and landscape elements. The reader is familiar with the life of a poet, his relationship to nature and the landscape and the main part of the work is an analysis of his work, where I focused on the analysis of natural motifs in the poet's work. Vladimir Holan is not purely a natural poet, is a poet, who in his poems thematically focused more on existencionální questions. However, in the creation of a number of natural motifs, which uses mainly for its metaphorical expression.
