Diplomovou práci na téma „Právní úprava nakládání s vybranými druhy odpadu (elektroodpad, autovraky apod.)“ jsem zaměřila na autovraky. Po krátkém uvedení do problematiky jsem definovala základní pojmy a vymezila platnou právní úpravu. Další část je věnována právům a povinnostem jednotlivých dotčených subjektů včetně pozitivních a negativních aspektů současné legislativy této oblasti. V závěru jsou …more
Abstract:
I have targeted Graduation theses „Legal Regulation of Selected Wastes Management“ of car wrecks. After a brief entry into the problem, I defined the basic concepts and associated legislation. The next part is devoted to the rights and duties of each one involved included positive and negative aspects of present legislation on this domain In the end I proposed a possible improvement.
