The reflection of parents' upbringing style in a drawing of enchanted family

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výchovný styl rodičů a jeho odraz v projektivní metodě Kresba začarované rodiny. V teoretické části se zabýváme charakteristikou mladšího školního věku, kresby, rodiny a projekce, na které pak navazujeme v empirické části. V práci jsme se pokoušeli zjistit, zda se v kresbě objevují charakteristické znaky konkrétního výchovného stylu. V empirické části zmiňujeme podrobnosti výzkumu, který jsme realizovali se žáky 4. a 5. tříd (N = 82). Zadávali jsme kresbu začarované rodiny doplněnou o inquiry a Dotazník stylů výchovy. Projektivní test, uvedený Matějčkem a Strombachovou, se využívá v poradenské praxi zejména pro rodinnou diagnostiku. Způsob rodinné výchovy jsme zjišťovali pomocí dotazníku autorů Čápa, Čechové a Boscheka: Dotazník stylů výchovy pro děti od 8 do 12 let. Obě metody zachycovaly subjektivní postoj dítěte k rodičům. Kresbu jsme vyhodnocovali podle předem stanovených kritérií a porovnávali s výsledky výchovného stylu.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the parents' upbringing style and its reflection in a projective method of drawing of enchanted family. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of early school age, characteristics of drawings, characteristics of families and projections. Than the empirical part is connected to the characteristic from the theoretical part. The main goal of this thesis is an attempt to find out whether there are specific characteristic of the educational style. In the empirical part there are mentioned details of research that have been carried out with pupils fourth and fifth classes (N = 82). The assignment for these pupils was a drawing of enchanted families accompanied by an inquiry and a Questionnaire of parenting style. A projective test, introduce by Matejicek and Strombachova, is used in a counselling practice, especially for families diagnosis. The method of family upbringing is investigated by a Questionnaire of upbringing style for children from eight to twelve years, prepared by authors Cap, Cechova and Boschek. Both methods express the subjective attitude of the child to the parents. Drawings are evaluated according to predefined criteria and then compared with the upbringing style.
