Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá jednostranným vyhlášením nezávislosti Republiky Kosovo ze dne 17.února 2008. Cílem této práce je rozebrat kosovský problém z pohledu mezinárodní práva a posoudit, zda by jednostranné vyhlášení nezávislosti Kosova mohlo být považováno za kongruentní s mezinárodním právem či nikoliv.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyze principle legal arguments relating to the statehood of the disputed territory of Kosovo. The thesis offers a comprehensive overview of the conflict between the right of nations to self-determination and the right of states to territorial sovereignity.
