Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou trestných činů z nenávisti se zaměřením na jejich pachatele. Cílem je ucelení tohoto fenoménu a stanovení hranic mezi jednotlivými druhy tohoto typu trestného činu, jako jsou extremismus, rasismus, nacionalismus a xenofobie. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of hate crimes with a focus on its perpetrators. The aim is to consolidate this phenomenon and to set the boundaries between different categories of hate crimes, such as extremism, racism, nationalism, and xenophobia.
