Care and education of early age children in children's group

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětí raného věku a jejich vzděláváním a péčí. Teoretická část popisuje stručný nástin historie předškolního vzdělávání i jeho současnost. Blíže se zabývá dětskou skupinou, což je nový způsob péče a vzdělávání dětí raného věku. Dále popisuje pedagoga pracujícího s dětmi raného věku, jeho kompetence při práci s dětmi od tří let a dovednosti učitele pracujícího s dětmi do tří let. Dotýká se také tématu individualizace, která by měla být nedílnou součástí moderního vzdělávání. V poslední části se zabývá dětskou hrou, jejím vývojem a druhy her, které můžeme u dětí raného věku pozorovat. Nakonec ještě popisuje různé způsoby plánování činností v předškolním vzdělávání. Praktická část je koncipována jako akční výzkum provedený v dětské skupině. Zaměřuje se na úpravu plánování cílů výuky. Nejprve představuje výzkumný plán, který popisuje přípravu na samotnou akci, kterou je úprava vzdělávacích cílů plánovaných v dětské skupině Žabka. Poté následuje již samotná úprava cílů a evaluace celého procesu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of early age children and their education and care. The theoretical part describes a brief outline of the history of pre-school education and its present. It deals with a child group, which is a new way to care for and educate children at an early age. It also describes a teacher working with children of early age, his / her competence in working with children from the age of three, and the skills of a teacher working with children under the age of three. It also touches on the topic of individualization, which should be an integral part of modern education. The last part deals with children's play, its development and the types of games and activities that we can observe at children of early age. Finally, it describes various ways of planning activities in pre-school education. The practical part is conceived as an action research carried out in a children's group. It focuses on adjusting the planning of learning objectives. First, it presents a research plan that describes the preparation for the action itself, which is the modification of the education goals planned in the Žabka children's group. This is followed by the adjustment of objectives and evaluation of the whole process.
