Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na potenciální význam volné cirkulující DNA jako minimálně invazivního, nádorově specifického markeru k monitorování minimální reziduální choroby u mnohočetného myelomu. Teoretická část se zabývá tématikou mnohočetného myelomu, tekutých biopsií a volné cirkulující DNA. My bachelor´s thesis is focused on the potential behind the circulating cell-free DNA as a minimally invasive tumor-specific marker of monitoring minimal residual disease in multiple myeloma. The theoretical part is divided into theory of multiple myeloma, characterization of liquid biopsies and description of circulating cell-free DNA.
