V první části práce je představena rodina proteinů Myb. Je zde také uvedena charakteristika struktury a funkce proteinu B-Myb a jeho srovnání s ostatními členy rodiny Myb transkripčních faktorů. First part of my thesis presents a family of Myb proteins. It also presents characteristics of structure and functions of protein B-Myb and its comparison with other members of Myb family of transcription factors.
