Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je obecná chrakteristika veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Nejprve je ve zkratce popsán systém sociálního zabezpečení. Posléze je podán výklad k vlastnímu veřejnému zdravotnímu pojištění - prameny, věcný a osobní rozsah, právní vztah a platby pojistného. V další kapitole jsou nastíněny nedostatky současné právní úpravy a připravovaná reforma.
Abstract:
The main topic of this research paper is current enactment of public health insurance and deficiencies of present health service.
