Personální činnosti přímo ovlivňují výkonnost a prosperitu podniků. Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat některé problémy personálního řízení ve společnosti ALLEGRO s.r.o. a navrhnout jejich řešení, které by bylo použitelné také pro ostatní podniky. Human activities directly affect the performance and prosperity of businesses. The objective of this thesis is to describe some of the problems of personnel management in the company Allegro Ltd. and propose solutions that would be also applicable to other businesses.
