The purpose of the presented study was to examine the relationship of selected Big Five personality characteristics (neuroticism, extraversion, conscientiousness) and disturbances towards overall job satisfaction. Táto práca sa zaoberá vzťahom vybraných osobnostných charakteristík Big Five a rušenia na celkovú pracovnú spokojnosť. Skúma vplyv nezávislých premenných jednak samostatne a jednak ich interakciu vo vzťahu k pracovnej spokojnosti. Dáta boli získané pomocou online dotazníka, ktorý vyplnilo 174 osôb.
