Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku práva na stejnou životní úroveň v souvislosti s výživným. Je zaměřena na analýzu jednotlivých situací, kdy se právo na stejnou životní úroveň realizuje, a v jejím rámci především na kolize práv a povinností, které při jeho výkonu vznikají.
