A Cost Management Analysis of a Specific Company
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu řízení nákladů ve vybrané společnosti. První část práce se v teoretické rovině zaobírá náklady, jejich pojetím, členěním a metodami řízení. Praktická část popisuje a analyzuje současný systém řízení nákladů vybrané společnosti. Dle výsledků analýzy jsou navržena doporučení možných řešení.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of cost management in a specific company. The first part is concerned on costs, their concept, classification and methods of cost management. The practical part describes and analyzes the current cost management system of the specific company. According to the results of the analysis there are proposed recommendations for possible solutions.
