Abstract:
The first part of the thesis concerns phylogenetic relationships of eimerian coccidia from arvicoline rodents based on nuclear 18S rRNA, and mitochondrial COI and COIII genes, as well as morphological and morphometrical analyses of the eimerian oocysts.
