Regulation of the furnace for soldering SMD
Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření regulační jednotky pece pro pájení součástek typu SMD. Dále jsou zde popsány fyzikální principy, uplatňující se při pájení, spolu s charakteristikami různých typů pájecích pecí, rozborem regulace tepelných soustav a popisem vybraných senzorů teploty v řádu 0 °C - 400 °C.
Abstract:
The theme of this bachelor thesis is to create a regulatory unit of furnace for soldering SMD components. Next the physical principles applied during soldering are described, along with the characteristics of certain types of soldering furnaces, analysis of regulation of thermal systems and description of chosen temperature sensors in a range of 0 °C - 400 °C.
