Příprava a vlastnosti tenkých vrstev polysilanů

Preparation and properties of polysilane thin films
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá přípravou a charakterizací tenkých vrstev, které byly tvořeny z roztoků polysilanů. Jsou zde uvedeny použité techniky přípravy roztoků, filtrace roztoků a vytváření samotných tenkých vrstev polysilanů. Takto připravené tenké vrstvy a jejich degradability byly dále charakterizovány pomocí fluorimetrie.
Abstract:
This work deals with preparation and characterization thin films which are cast from solutions of polysilane. There is given a brief description of used techniques of solution preparation, filtration and thin polysilane films casting. Prepared thin films were and their degradability were characterized by photoluminescence spektroscopy.
