Analysis of the current state of training of members of the Army of the Czech Republic before deployment to a foreign operation and its optimization

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce řeší přípravu příslušníků Armády České republiky do zahraniční operace. Cílem bylo zhodnotit průběh jednotlivých fází přípravy vojáků. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části byla vytvořena literární rešerše, která byla zpracována na základě právních předpisů. V praktické části byla analyzována a následně vyhodnocena úroveň jednotlivých fází přípravy. Prostřednictvím expertních rozhovorů byly zjištěny názory vojáků, kteří absolvovali přípravu před nasazením. V závěru jsou formulovány konkrétní kroky k zefektivnění výcviku před nasazením do zahraniční operace.

Abstract:

This thesis is about pre-deployment training. Aim of the thesis is to name and analyze each phase of training and to propose the best way of doing it. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The content of the theoretical part is literature review of deployments based on regulations in this field. Practical part contains analysis and evaluation of each phase of training. Attitude of individual participants of deployment and specialists was discovered by an expert interview research method. Conclusion of the thesis works with appropriate measures to enhance pre-deployment training.
