Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je využití metod průmyslového inženýrství ve výrobním podniku WMW, a.s. s návrhy na zlepšení. V teoretické části jsem zpracovala literární rešerši, zabývající se metodikou 5S, vizuálního managementu a TPM. V analytické části jsem rozebrala současný stav a na základě výsledků analýz jsem navrhla opatření ke zlepšení současné situace.
Abstract:
The aim of my Diploma´s is " Application of Industrial Engineering Methods in WMW, a.s Company with improving suggestions". The theoretical part is literary retrieval imple-mentation of the methodology 5S, visualization and TPM. In the analytical part I analyze the current state on the results of the analysis I improve suggestions in current situation.
