Drugs Abuse in the Correlation Facility

Abstract:

Ve svojí práci se zaměřuji na řešení drogové problematiky ve Vězeňské službě České republiky, konkrétně ve Věznici Nové Sedlo. Zaměřuji se podrobněji na způsoby odhalování průniku návykových látek do věznice, na jejich zneužívání ve věznici a vyšetřování této činnosti. Dále představuji služby ve věznici, které odsouzeným osobám nabízí prvky primární, sekundární a terciální péče při prevenci rizikového, prodrogového chování. Popisuji prvky režimových a preventivních opatření. Dále programy splňující cíle výchovné, vzdělávací a terapeutické. Jsou to poradny drogové prevence, specializované programy na harm reduction, specializovaný program pro osoby s poruchami chování způsobené užíváním návykových látek, program bezdrogové zóny a působení nestátních neziskových organizací. Cílem teoretické části je analyzovat současný stav uživatelů návykových látek a jejich postoje k drogové problematice v programu specializovaného oddílu ve Věznici Nové Sedlo. Ve shrnutí kvantitativního výzkumu se zaměřuji na to, jestli všechny představované segmenty plní ve věznici svůj účel. Domnívám se, že má bakalářská práce poskytne informace a seznámení s drogovou problematikou ve výkonu trestu.

Abstract:

In my bachelor work I focus on solving drug problems in the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, specifically in the Nové Sedlo Prison. I describe detail ways of detecting the penetration of addictive substances into the prison, as well as their abuse in the prison and investigation of this activity. I also present services in prison, which offer convicted persons elements of primary, secondary and tertiary care in the prevention of prodrug behavior. I describe elements of regime and preventive measures. Also there are the upbringing programs, educational and therapeutic objectives. These include a drug prevention center, specialized harm reduction programs, a specialized program for people with behavioral disorders caused by, substance use, a drug-free zone program, and the activities non-governmental organizations. The aim of the theoretical part is to analyze the current state of drug users and their attitudes to drug issues in the program of the specialized section in Nové Sedlo Prison. Summary of the quantitative research I focus on whether all the segments presented represent a purpose in the prison. I think that my bachelor work will provide information and familiarization with drug issues in the execution of punishment.
