This thesis will offer the reader an analysis of the latest film adaptation Little Women done by Greta Gerwig of the domestic novel Little Women written by Louisa May Alcott in 1868. The thesis will focus on the question of the relevance of the story to the current audience and will discuss the aspects of the adaptation that causes the modernity of the film.
