Diverse approaches to the use of 3D printing in practice

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo představit možnosti, přístupy jak užitečný 3D tisk je. Bakalářská práce krátce popisuje základy 3D modelování a jeho možnosti využití. V hlavní části se zaměřuje na zhmotnění 3D modelu pomocí technologie 3D tisku, jakožto relativně přístupné metodě reálné reprodukce. Zmiňuje základy, náležitosti a spletitost 3D tisku. Dále je pak v práci rozebrána využitelnost 3D tisku v dnešní době a to zejména v zaměření na alternativní způsoby využití 3D tisku v praxi, kdy je 3D výtisk mnohdy pouze mezičlánkem procesu. V praktické části bakalářské práce vznikly tři 3D modely, kdy ke každému z nich bylo přistupováno s odlišným způsobem využití metody 3D tisku. A to jako volné modelování, přesnost rozměrů a mezičlánek procesu. Přičemž je kladen důraz na užitečnost 3D výtisků.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to present the possibilities, approaches of how useful 3D printing is. The bachelor thesis briefly describes the basics of 3D modeling and its possibilities of use. Main part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of the 3D model using 3D printing technology, as a relatively accessible method of real reproduction. It mentions the basics, requisites and complexity of 3D printing. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis analyzes the usability of 3D printing nowadays, especially focusing on alternative ways of using 3D printing in practice, where 3D printing is often only an intermediate part of the process. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis were created three 3D models. Each of which was approached with a different way of using the 3D printing method. This contains free modeling, dimensional accuracy and intermediate part of the process. In which emphasis is placed on the usefulness of 3D prints.
