V dnešní době se výzkum na poli nových léčiv soustřeďuje na využití nanočástic. Liposomy patří k nejstarším biokompatibilním nanočásticím využívaným v medicíně a přestavují velmi univerzální systém podávání léků. Pro jejich relativně snadnou přípravu a jednoduchou modifikaci je lze použít jako nosiče širokého spektra terapeutik, kontrastních látek a pro konstrukci rekombinantních vakcín. Dendritické …more

Today, the research on the field of new drugs focuses on the use of nanoparticles. Liposomes belong to the oldest types of nanoparticles used in medicine and they represent universal drug delivery systems. For their simple preparation and relatively simple modification they may be used as carriers for a broad spectrum of substances and for construction of recombinant vaccines.
