Abstract:
Práce se zabývá metodami odhalování kartelů ve veřejných zakázkách. V první části jsou teoreticky popsány různé kvantitativní metody detekce kartelu, jejich výhody a nevýhody oproti ostatním přístupům, potřebná data a postup pro replikování metody. In this thesis we discuss methods of cartel detection in procurement auctions. In the first few chapters we mention bid rigging and methods used to detect cartels. The different methods are compared and the required data and aplications of the methods are explained.
