Personnel management in the process of centralization of operating rooms
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv centralizace operačních sálů na pracovníky z hlediska managementu. Cílem práce je průzkum prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření v konkrétním zdravotnickém zařízení, zda byla centralizace operačních sálů přínosem pro poskytovatele zdravotní péče, personál a pacienty.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the influence of centralization of operating theaters on employees from the point of view of management. The aim of the work is a survey through a questionnaire survey in a specific medical facility, whether the centralization of operating rooms was beneficial for health care providers, staff and patients.
