Effect of the synthesis conditions on synthesis of hydroxyapatite and its corrosion inhibition properties

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění vlivu podmínek srážení a dopování ionty Mg, Zn a Al na syntézu hydroxyapatitu, jeho vlastnosti a antikorozní efektivitu. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv podmínek srážení (poměr Ca/P; pH; rychlost srážení dihydrogenfosforečnanu amonného) na syntézu hydroxyapatitu a též na vliv dopování ionty hořčíku, zinku a hliníku do struktury hydroxyapatitu a následně vyhodnocení jejich adaptace ve struktuře. Pro možnou aplikaci připravených vzorků jsou provedeny průběžné a zrychlené korozní testy.

Abstract:

The main scope of the presented work is investigation of the influence of the synthesis conditions and doping on the formation, properties and anticorrosion efficiency of the hydroxyapatite. Thesis, attention is focused on the investigation of the impact of precipitation conditions (Ca/P ratio, pH, the rate of precipitation of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate) on the synthesis of hydroxyapatite and its characterisation; in addition, attention is focused on impact of magnesium, zinc and aluminium doping in the structure of hydroxyapatite, evaluate of their adaptation in the structure. Preliminary and accelerated corrosion tests have been performed in order to verify possible application of the obtained samples as corrosion inhibitors.
