Bakalárska práca poskytuje prehľad o súčasných možnostiach alternatívnych spôsobov riešenia sporov. Poukazuje na spôsob ich uplatnenia v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky. Práca je členená na tri hlavné kapitoly, v ktorých poskytuje prehľad o alternatívnych riešeniach sporov s podrobným zameraním na rozhodcovské konanie a mediáciu.
