Search and Photographic Documentation of Latent Traces at the Crime Scene in the Ultraviolet Spectrum

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce si dává za cíl ověřit upotřebitelnost metody speciálního druhu kriminalisticko-technické dokumentace v ultrafialovém spektru pro potřeby vyhledávání a fotografické dokumentace stop při expertním zkoumání a ohledání místa činu. Obsahuje přehled základních pojmů a definuje související činnosti Policie České republiky a dalších orgánů činných v trestním řízení. Syntézou informací získaných z rešerše, vytváří soubor postupů a metod pro realizaci dokumentaristické činnosti, experimentálně ověřuje možnosti využití této metody v trestním řízení s využitím ekonomicky dostupných prostředků a ověřuje upotřebitelnost výsledků. Dlouhodobou validací této metody při skutečném expertním zkoumání a na místech činu vytváří základ pro rozvoj aplikace metody v kriminalisticko-technické praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis aims to verify the applicability of methods of a special type of forensic-technical documentation in the ultraviolet spectrum for the needs of searching and photographic documentation of traces in expert investigation and crime scene investigation. It contains an overview of basic concepts and defines related activities of the Police of the Czech Republic and other persons active in criminal proceedings. By synthesizing the information obtained from the search, it develops a set of procedures and methods for the implementation of documentary activities, experimentally verifies the possibilities of using this method in criminal proceedings using economically available solutions and verifies the applicability of the results. Long-term validation of this method during real expert investigation and at the crime scene does create a basis for the development of applications of the method in forensic-technical practice.
