Assessment of spine shape change and titubation between standing position and lying position by means of the diagnostic system DTP3

Abstract:

Cílem práce je posoudit změny tvaru páteře mezi polohami stoj (polohy A a D) a leh (poloha F) a velikosti titubací trnových výběžků obratlů C3 ? L5 v jednotlivých polohách (A, D a F) prostřednictvím diagnostického systému DTP-3. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 60 probandů (30 mužů a 30 žen), věk 22,4 ? 1,9 roku (průměr ? SD), tělesná výška 173 ? 9 cm (průměr ? SD), tělesná hmotnost 69 ? 12 kg (průměr ? SD) a tělesná výška páteře C3 ? L5 492 ? 29 mm (průměr ? SD) s minimální sportovní zátěží 3 x týdně 1 hodina. K hodnocení výsledků byl použit polohový snímač DTP-3, funkční zkoušky rozvíjení páteře a rozložení hmotnosti na dolních končetinách. Výzkum prokázal snižující se titubace s rostoucí fixací v jednotlivých polohách a výrazné změny tvaru páteře v lehu (poloha F) oproti stoji (poloha A a D). Diagnostický systém DTP-3 je vhodný pro klinickou praxi i pro výzkumné účely

Abstract:

The main aim of this study is to assess the effects of spine shape between standing position (position A and D) and lying position (position F) and subject´s titubation of spinous processes C3 ? L5 in different examination positions (A, D and F) by means of the system DTP-3. The research was carried out on a group of 60 experimentees (men and women), age 22.4 ? 1.9 year (average ? SD), body height 173 ? 9 cm (average ? SD), body weight 69 ? 12 kg (average ? SD) and body height of spine C3 ? L5 492 ? 29 mm (average ? SD), whose minimal sport activity was 1 hour 3 times per week. For the evaluation of results, the positional tracking device DTP-3, functional examinations of spine?s development and distribution of weight on low extremities were used. The research proved that the subject´s titubation decreases with increasing the degree of fixation in different examination positions and the lying positon (position F) has a significant influence on spine shape compared with the standing positions (position A and D). Diagnostic system DTP-3 is convenient both for clinical practice and for research purposes as well
