The EU Education Support Subsidies. Investment in Human Recources.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis I deal with the educational support of the European Union. This thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part which is theoretical, there are defined the basic terms linked to the European Union, education policy and educational programs. The other practical part is concerned with completing the Europass which helps to improve communication and mobility within the EU. Furthermore, this part is orientated in research of questionnaires and its evaluation. The aim of this thesis is meant to be the support of young people in educational activities which are common to the whole EU, the better awareness of exchange and educational stay and last but not least the showing the advantages of these programmes such as new skills and increase of chances to get a better job in the future.

Abstract:

In meiner Bachelorarbeit beschäftige ich mich mit der Förderung von Bildungspolitik in der Europäischen Union. Diese Arbeit ist in zwei Hauptteile unterteilt. Im ersten theoretischen Teil werden die Grundbegriffe aus dem Bereich Europäische Union und Bildungspolitik sowie Bildungsprogramme definiert. Der zweite praktische Teil konzentriert sich auf die Ausfüllung von Europass, der bei der besseren Kommunikation und zur Mobilität in der EU hilft. Dieser Teil ist auch auf die Fragebogenforschung und folgende Bewertung gerichtet. Das Ziel meiner Bachelorarbeit ist die Unterstützung der jungen Menschen bei gemeinsamen EU-Bildungsaktivitäten bzw. Projekten. Ich wollte die neuen Erkenntnisse im Bereich der Austauschprogramme und Studienbesuche darlegen und dabei die Vorteile dieser Programme hervorheben. Diese Arbeit zeigt, dass man sich durch die neu erworbenen Fähigkeiten, in Aus- und Weiterbildung, sich auf dem Arbeitsmarkt bessere Chancen erarbeiten kann.
