Vzhledem k demografickým prognózám o stárnutí populace a již se zvyšujícímu podílu seniorů, dochází ke zvyšování výdajů na zabezpečení sociálních i zdravotních služeb. Due to the demographic prognosis of population aging and increasing the proportion of seniors, the spending on social security and health services is increasing.
