Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je podniková komunikace ve službách. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu podnikové komunikace v konkrétní organizaci a navrhnout opatření za účelem jejího zlepšení. Pro zhodnocení efektivity podnikové komunikace byla zvolena konkrétní organizace, kterou se stala společnost Infinit s.r.o., jež poskytuje širokou paletu služeb v oblasti wellness a disponuje 5 pobočkami v České republice. Vzhledem k tomu, že podniková komunikace je široký pojem, bylo žádoucí zaměřit se pouze na jednu z oblastí této komunikace. Zvolena byla komunikace interní, konkrétně sestupná – komunikace od nadřízených směrem k podřízeným zaměstnancům. K naplnění cíle diplomové práce byla zvolena kvantitativní metodologie výzkumu – metoda dotazníkové šetření a kvalitativní metodologie výzkumu – metoda semi-standardizovaných rozhovorů. Mezi další metody byla zařazena analýza, deskripce a komparace. Závěrem diplomové práce se stala skutečnost, že podniková komunikace ve společnosti Infinit s.r.o. funguje převážně efektivně. Toto tvrzení vychází z poznatků z dotazníkového šetření a semi-standardizovaných rozhovorů s provozními manažerkami a majitelem společnosti. Z výsledků plyne, že společnost Infinit s.r.o. si je důležitosti efektivní komunikace v podniku vědoma a snaží se na ni pracovat. I přesto, že byly v podnikové komunikaci zjištěny určité problémy, lze konstatovat, že komunikace v organizaci je zaměstnanci v obecné rovině vnímána převážně efektivně. Vedení společnosti si zjištěné nedostatky v komunikaci uvědomuje a snaží se na nich pracovat, což se prokázalo v rámci semi-standardizovaných rozhovorů. V diplomové práci byly rovněž představeny návrhy pro zlepšení komunikace ve firmě.

Abstract:

The topic of the Masterʼs Dissertation is business communication in services. The Masterʼs Dissertation aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of business communication in a specific organization and propose measures for its improvement. The company Infinit, Ltd. was chosen to evaluate the effectiveness of business communication. It is a company that provides wellness services and has five branches in the Czech Republic. Since business communication is a broad concept, it was desirable to focus on only one field of this communication. The chosen one was the internal communication, specifically downward communication, in which superiors communicate with subordinate employees. In order to fulfil the aim of the Masterʼs Dissertation, a quantitative research methodology was chosen – the questionnaire survey method and a qualitative research methodology – the method of semi-standardized interviews. Analysis, descriptive method and comparison were also included. The Masterʼs Dissertation concluded that business communication in Infinit, Ltd. works mostly effectively. This statement is based on the questionnaire survey findings and semi-standardized interviews with the operational managers and the owner of the company. The results show that Infinit, Ltd. is aware of the importance of effective communication in the company and tries to work on it. Although some problems in business communication have been identified, it can be stated that employees generally perceive communication in the organization to be mainly effective. As demonstrated in the semi-standardized interviews, the management is aware of the identified communication problems and tries to work on them. The Masterʼs Dissertation also presented some proposals for improvement of communication within the company.
