Hlavním tématem bakalářké práce je zkoumání procesu expanze vybrané české firmy na zahraniční trh. V práci jsou nejprve teoreticky rozebrané možnosti vstupu na zahraniční trh, poté je představena mnou vybraná dopravní společnost VCHD Cargo a.s. a aspekty, které ji ke vstupu na zahraniční trh vedou. The main focus of this bachelor thesis is to explore the expansion process of a selected Czech company to a foreign market. The theoretical options of entry to a foreign market are discussed at the beginning. Afterwards I introduce a Czech transport company VCHD Cargo a.s. and main aspects that lead this company to its foreign market expansion.
